秘魯當局今天表示，該國安地斯山（Andes）地區昨晚發生規模5.1地震，造成5人死亡、21人受傷。
法新社報導，秘魯地球物理研究所（GeophysicalInstitute of Peru）指出，昨晚地震震央位於首都利馬東方約300公里處的下瓊戈斯區（Chongos Bajo），震源深度24公里。
