輝達（NVIDIA）台灣總部「Constellation」計畫正式啟動，執行長黃仁勳親自現身北投士林科技園區T17、T18基地主持台灣員工大會。
在進行內部員工問答時，現場有人兩度拋出極具全面性的尖銳提問，高度關心「我們會因為AI發展而面臨裁員嗎？」以及如何減輕潛在由AI驅動的工作流失風險。
針對員工最擔心的失業危機，黃仁勳給出了非常直白且明確的答案。
他直言：「如果你不參與AI、如果你不使用AI，我們才會面臨裁員。」
黃仁勳重申，AI並不是導致公司裁員的原因，相反地，AI是避免裁員、讓公司更成功的工具；他強調，這項技術的核心是為了推動自動化、讓公司運行得更快，並去追求與實現更大的野心，這一切都是同時發生的。
黃仁勳對台下員工開示，大家不會因為AI而失去工作，而是會因為某個使用AI的人而失去工作。
黃仁勳在現場呼籲員工必須主動擁抱這項新技術，直言唯有全體員工積極參與並聰明地使用AI，輝達才能在巨浪中避免裁員，並一起變得更加成功。
