法國多位最知名的甜點師傅創作的巧克力藝術品，今天在一場慈善拍賣會上讓競標者看得垂涎欲滴，最終拍出超過10萬歐元。
法新社報導，這場在巴黎舉行的拍賣會由甜點之神皮耶．艾曼（Pierre Herme）策劃，共展出25位知名甜點師傅的作品。許多成品十分別具巧思，包括巧克力時鐘、白巧克力玫瑰花束，以及由495顆巧克力蛋加上一顆豪華水晶組成的宏偉作品。
法國艾德拍賣公司（Artcurial）表示，此次活動共為幫助白血病住院兒童的慈善機構募得10萬8100歐元（約新台幣400萬元）。
拍賣公司指出，這場拍賣創下全球先例。
艾曼表示，所有作品都是可食用的，不過各甜點師設計時都以陳列展示為主。
拍賣官奧利夫（Arnaud Oliveux）說：「當你看到那些成品真的會捨不得動手，因為它們在視覺上實在太精美了。」他形容頂級甜點創作「是一種料理藝術」。
