杜蘭特在第四節獨拿11分，讓原本僅有個位數領先的太陽重新拉開差距，特別是終場前4分29秒，杜蘭特在唐西奇（Luka Doncic）面前直接跳投命中，隨後他更比出「too small」的手勢挑釁對方，也激勵了球隊士氣。
特別是賽後接受採訪時，杜蘭特又被記者要求對著鏡頭再做一次「too small」手勢，他也是從善如流，讓現場主播樂開懷。

唐西奇全場也飆進40分10籃板4助攻，不過就跟好朋友約柯奇（Nikola Jokic）飆41分一樣，還是無法為球隊留下勝利；厄文（Kyrie Irving）則是得到22分5助攻3抄截，湯普森（Klay Thompson）命中5記三分球，獲得19分。
